Guarantee, Returns and Exchanges

BabyKicks accepts products returns, provided they are still in their original state (i.e. unwashed, unused) for up to 30 days after the shipping date. BabyKicks is not responsible for any return shipping costs. Before returning any items we kindly ask our customers to contact us. Product exchanges (due to incorrect orders etc.) fall under the same conditions as returns.

Defective products will be exchanged free of charge and we guarantee our products for 45 days from shipping date for any sewing defects. Before returning any items the customer must contact us, and provide an invoice or receipt displaying the purchase date. However, please be aware, that we cannot offer refunds for products that are returned due to improper care or natural wear. Changes in size and minor holes (typically from normal washing, bleaching or the like) do not constitute a defect. Additionally, please be aware that due to the nature of the hemp fabric slight irregularities in size and shape, especially after products have been washed, do occur - this is completely normal.

BabyKicks number one priority is customer satisfaction. We will therefore try to do our utmost, within reason, to resolve any issue that may arise in regards to product quality and workmanship.

Payment Options

VISA, MasterCard and PayPal are accepted and preferred payment options.

Certified Checks, Money Orders and International Money Orders payable in US$ may be accepted as well. Please contact info [@] babykicks.com for further details.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 72 hours of payment receipt (weekends excluded), unless an item is out of stock, in which case you will be notified via email. PLEASE NOTE: BabyKicks currently may need up to 14 days to complete new orders due to Fabric shortages that are out of our control. We apologize sincerely for any potential delays in your order and are working hard with our suppliers to rectify the problem.

BabyKicks does not offer free shipping.

USA

All Orders will be shipped using FedEx Ground Services, unless otherwise requested by our customers. A tracking number will be emailed to our customers once the order has been shipped.

International Orders

Duties may be charged. Please check with your local post office.

International orders will be shipped by FedEx International Economy, unless otherwise requested by our customers. A tracking number will be emailed to our customers once the order has been shipped.

International orders will only be shipped to countries/regions for which BabyKicks has no local and/or regional distribution partner.

Note: Please inform us if your host country requires a COO (Certificate of Origin) to be shipped with the order, since failure to provide such a document may cause severe delays for which BabyKicks cannot be responsible.
